POS Macintosh Troubleshooting Guide for Mac OS 9.2 versions or earlier of the MacOS

If you are trying to get the Keyspan adapter to work running of Mac OS 9.1 or earlier and are having no luck getting a receipt to print, we recommend three things:

1) Delete and re-install the Keyspan software. To do this:
-> go into the System Folder/Extensions/ and delete the KeyspanUSA19Wdrvr
-> go into the System Folder/Control Panels/ and delete the Keyspan USA19W Serial Assistant
-> go into the System Folder/ and delete the Keyspan USA19W Manager

2) Upgrading to Mac OS 9.22

The one you want is:

Once OS 9.2 is installed, please install the Keyspan software again from the CD-ROM but DO NOT PLUG THE ADAPTER into the USB on your iMac until the software has been installed and your computer re-started.

Upon re-start, you should be able to print a Receipt to your Epson printer from the Receipts area of BookingCenter without a problem.
