In search of Support documents such as Tutorials, Reference Manuals, or Signup materials?

BookingCenter provides free and paid support to its customers. The first thing you should do is search the FAQ to answer any questions you may have — this is fastest and easiest for most questions. If you have a current Support Contract, log–in to the Support Area where the latest updates for your BookingCenter software are kept current.

If you can't find the help you need online, consider purchasing a Support Plan.

Desktop Lite and Pro Users Support

Desktop users pay for support only when they need it - initially 30 days of free support and then either 30-day or 180-day options, as below:

30–day free HelpDesk support for registered users of Desktop Lite and Pro products.

US$180 for 6 months of unlimited phone, fax, and web support — 24hrs a day, 7 days a week — for registered users of Desktop Lite and Pro products.

30-day Paid support

US$35 for 30 days of unlimited phone, fax, and web support — 24hrs a day, 7 days a week — for registered users of Desktop Lite and Pro products.

  • All updates included
  • Payment in 30 day intervals

Booking Engine and GDS and/or Global Booking Network

No Support Contract is required for any participating property. Simply submit questions and we wil respond — 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
